Who we are

Warrior Toys™ (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates several brands and platforms, each with different data practices: Warrior Toys™ (physical toys), Storyforge™ (a platform for parents, educators, and leaders), and Mittoverse™ (a children’s story and game universe). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have — organized by product, so you can find exactly what applies to the service you’re using.

1. Warrior Toys™ — Physical Toy Sales

Warrior Toys™ sells physical toys through our online store. This storefront is intended for adult customers, and all purchases are made by adults.

What we collect:

  • Name, shipping address, and email address, to fulfill and communicate about your order

  • Payment information, processed securely by [payment processor name — e.g. Shopify Payments / Stripe]. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

  • Order history

What we do not collect: No information is collected from children through the Warrior Toys™ storefront. This is an adult-facing shopping experience only.

2. Storyforge™ — For Parents, Educators & Leaders

Storyforge™ connects with adults only: parents, homeschooling parents, preschool and private school teachers, principals, church and ministry leaders, and pastors. Storyforge™ does not currently collect information from children.

What we collect:

  • Name, email address, and organization or role (e.g., school, church, homeschool)

  • Any content or communications you submit through your account

  • Standard site usage data (see Section 5)

Age requirement: Storyforge™ accounts are limited to adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through this platform.

If this changes: If Storyforge™ ever introduces a feature that collects information about or from a child (for example, a classroom roster or a child’s name on a printable worksheet), that feature will be governed by the children’s privacy protections described in Section 3 below, and this policy will be updated accordingly before that feature launches.

3. Mittoverse™ — Children’s Story & Game Portal (launching soon)

Mittoverse™ connects directly with children through an online game and story portal. Because of this, Mittoverse™ is built in two tiers, each with different — and deliberately limited — data practices.

3a. Free, Non-Downloadable Games

Some Mittoverse™ content is available as free, browser-based games that do not require an account.

We do not collect or store any personal information (PII) from children playing these free games. No name, email address, birthdate, device identifier, or other personal information is requested, collected, or retained for this tier. No gameplay data is linked to an identifiable child.

3b. Full Mittoverse™ Portal (Accounts, Missions & Progress Tracking)

Deeper Mittoverse™ features — such as saved progress, personalized missions, or a child profile — require a parent or guardian to create the account.

  • A child cannot create their own account or profile. A parent or guardian must complete signup and identity verification before any child profile is created.

  • We collect only the minimum information needed to operate a child’s profile (for example, a first name or username, an age range, and progress data). We do not request a child’s full name, home address, phone number, or other sensitive information unless strictly necessary for a specific feature.

  • We obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting any personal information from a child, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

  • We do not use a child’s information for targeted advertising, and child accounts are excluded from third-party advertising tools (such as advertising pixels).

  • Parents may review, edit, or request deletion of their child’s information at any time by contacting us at [privacy email address].

  • We retain a child’s information only as long as necessary to provide the service and delete it according to our data retention schedule.

This section will be fully finalized and operative prior to Mittoverse™’s public launch, alongside the technical parental consent and verification systems that support it.

4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA) — Summary Across All Brands

Warrior Toys™ is committed to complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) across everything we build:

  • Warrior Toys™ (toy store) and Storyforge™ do not knowingly collect information from children.

  • Mittoverse™’s free games collect no personal information from children at all.

  • Mittoverse™’s account-based features collect information from a child only after verifiable parental consent, and only the minimum necessary information.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child in a way that does not follow this policy, please contact us immediately at [privacy email address] so we can investigate and correct it.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services on our adult-facing platforms (Warrior Toys™ storefront and Storyforge™). These services are not used on child-facing Mittoverse™ experiences.

6. How Long We Retain Data

  • Storefront orders (Warrior Toys™): retained for [X years] for order history, tax, and legal purposes.

  • Storyforge™ accounts: retained while your account is active, and for [X] after inactivity, unless you request earlier deletion.

  • Mittoverse™ child data: retained only as long as necessary to provide the service; deleted according to our retention schedule or upon parental request.

7. Your Rights

You may request to receive an exported copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request that we erase it, by contacting us at [privacy email address]. This does not include data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Parents/guardians of Mittoverse™ users have these same rights on behalf of their child, as described in Section 3b.

8. Where Your Data Is Sent

Order and account information may be shared with the third-party services listed in Section 5 solely to operate our sites and services. Comments or submissions may be checked through an automated spam-detection service.

This policy applies across Warrior Toys™, Storyforge™, and Mittoverse™. We recommend legal review of this policy, and of the Mittoverse™ parental consent and verification systems described in Section 3b, prior to Mittoverse™’s public launch.
