Dr. Sharon Harper
Long before becoming the Educational Guardian of Warrior Toys, Dr. Sharon Harper spent her career helping others discover what they were capable of becoming. Her path through education has taken her from the classroom into school leadership and administration, with each season deepening her belief that learning is about far more than mastering content. With a doctorate in Educational Leadership and decades of experience working alongside students, educators, and families, Sharon has devoted her career to building environments where learning is intentional, meaningful, and capable of shaping lives.
At Warrior Toys, she carries that same conviction into a mission where education, faith, and imagination meet. As Educational Guardian, Sharon helps ensure that every lesson, activity, and experience is age-appropriate and developmentally purposeful — without ever losing sight of the child behind the curriculum. For Sharon, it’s personal, too. As a grandmother, she knows firsthand how much a child’s early years shape the person they become. For her, the goal isn’t simply to raise children who know more, but to nurture children who are becoming who God created them to be. Warrior Toys gives her the chance to bring together the threads that have defined her life: education, leadership, ministry, faith, and a deep conviction that what is planted in a child today can shape the person — and the generation — they become tomorrow.
